我局推广应用预应力构件时间较晚,1971年,在宝鸡东洗修库的工程中,才开始学习采用预应力构件。通过参观学习,增强了我们采用预应力构件的信心,特別是我队的工人老师付,他们说:人家能干得出来,我们也一定能学到手,鼓励我们大胆地设汁。在各级领导的重视和施工部门的努力下,在较短的时间內,筹备了必要的张拉设备和材料,为推广预应力构件创造了必要的条件。
