监理制度是国际通用科学的工程管理方法，用年代我国大型基本建设项目开始采用。江苏省的苏南路网改造属养护改善工程，此类项目实行工程监理尚属首次。本文主要介绍江苏省在养护改善工程中采用该制度的一些具体做法和体会。
Supervision system is an internationally accepted scientific project management method, with the beginning of China’s large-scale capital construction projects began to adopt. Jiangsu Province, South Road network transformation is a conservation improvement project, the implementation of such projects is the first time for project supervision. This article mainly introduces some specific practices and experiences of Jiangsu Province in adopting this system in conservation and improvement projects.
