职业倦怠是职业压力的一种,教师是职业倦怠的高发人群。教师职业倦怠是指教师不能顺利应对工作压力时情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态。外在的社会因素和教师心理因素导致了教师的职业倦怠,职业倦怠将严重影响教师的身心健康,降低教师的工作信心,最终引发教育质量下降。认真分析和了解教师职业倦怠的现状和成因,对缓解目前教师的职业倦怠有着非常重要的意义。
Occupational burnout is a kind of occupational stress, and teachers are the high risk groups of job burnout. Teacher burnout refers to the failure of teachers to cope with the pressure of work when emotions, attitudes and behaviors fail. External social factors and teacher psychological factors lead to teacher burnout, burnout will seriously affect teachers ’physical and mental health, reduce teachers’ confidence in work, and ultimately lead to the decline in the quality of education. A careful analysis and understanding of the status quo and causes of teacher burnout have a very important meaning in alleviating the current teacher burnout.
