近年来随着时代的不断发展,我国科技水平和经济水平的不断进步,地质勘测作为我国的基础产业,为我国经济发展和社会进步做出了巨大的贡献。但是随着地质勘测市场的不断市场化,地址勘测单位面临着更大的竞争压力。地址勘测单位能否扭转自身固有的经营思想,尤其是对于人力资源使用方面的问题进行思考和解决,是在更加激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展的关键性因素。我国的地址勘测单位对于人力资源的使用方法滞后,缺乏更加科学系统的管理方法;单位职工没有竞争意识,企业内部职工活力不足,对于职工工作热情激发不足,缺乏足够的管理手段和奖惩机制,人才的流逝严重。就这些问题,笔者根据自身多年的基层工作经验和丰富的理论知识就相关问题进行分析和研究,并提出相应的解决办法,希望给与广大地址勘测的工作人员一些探讨和启发。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the times, China’s scientific and technological level and the continuous improvement of economic level, geological surveys as China’s basic industries have made tremendous contributions to China’s economic development and social progress. However, as the market for geological surveying continues to be marketized, the address surveying units are facing more pressure of competition. Whether the address surveying unit can reverse its own inherent management thought, especially to think and solve the problems in the use of human resources, is the key factor to survive and develop in the fiercer market competition. China’s address survey units lag behind the use of human resources, the lack of a more scientific and systematic management methods; unit workers do not have a sense of competition, lack of vitality of staff within the enterprise, lack of enthusiasm for the enthusiasm of workers, lack of adequate management tools and rewards and punishments, talent The passage of time is serious. On these issues, the author based on his years of grassroots work experience and rich theoretical knowledge on the relevant issues analysis and research, and put forward the corresponding solutions, I hope to give the majority of address survey staff to explore and inspire.
