洞天鲜草膏原载于洞庭·王洪绪所著之《外科全生集》,为治一切阳症热症(即急性热性化脓性肿疡)的常用药。据全生集所载洞天鲜草膏可与阳和解凝膏并驾齐驱,分贴阳毒阴毒均有卓效。而今阳和解凝膏尚为一般外科医师所赏用,而洞天鲜草膏因某些鲜草收采较困难而渐见少用。如近来出版之中医外科专著,及丸散膏丹等书,均未见洞天鲜草膏的记载,殊为惋惜。本人为了发扬祖国医学遗产,
