小细胞肺癌(SCLC)可分为3个亚型:单纯型、混合型和组合型。为研究SCLC各亚型在治疗前、后组织形态学特点的变化,作者对其肿瘤标本进行了组织细胞学联合检测。研究对象为175例SCLC病人,男147例,女28例,中位年龄65岁(29～83岁),均予以2种或2种以上药物联合化疗,有68例和8例随后分别放疗和手术切除。通过治疗前纤支镜或经皮穿刺活检、支气管刷片或针吸细胞学和痰细胞以及治疗后对全部病例尸检来获取肿瘤组织细胞学标本,由两位病理学家在不参考临床资料的情况下,对所有肿瘤组织细胞学玻片进行复查并各自独立作出
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) can be divided into three subtypes: simplex, mixed, and combination. In order to study the changes in histological characteristics of the SCLC subtypes before and after treatment, the authors performed combined histological and cytological tests on the tumor specimens. The study consisted of 175 patients with SCLC, 147 males and 28 females. The median age was 65 years (range, 29-83 years). All patients were given 2 or more drugs in combination with chemotherapy, 68 patients and 8 patients were followed up by radiotherapy and Surgery. The tumor tissue cytology specimens were obtained by prebronchial bronchoscopy or percutaneous needle biopsy, bronchial brushing or needle aspiration cytology and nevus cells, and autopsy of all cases after treatment. The two pathologists did not refer to the clinical data. In case of review, all tumor tissue cytology slides were reviewed and independently made
