1996年,香港中资企业普遍业绩理想。目前不少大型中资企业集团已发展至拥有资产100亿港元至上1000亿港元。中资企业已成为维持香港繁荣稳定的重要因素之一,也是推动内地与香港经贸关系发展、支持内地现代化建设的一股重要力量。中资企业的发展与其走资产经营之路是分不开的。实践证明,在香港股票市场上市并利用香港资本市场的各种投资工具进行资产经营,在香港市场进一步国际化,竞争日益激烈的形势下,是一条必要的行之有效的成功之道。
In 1996, Chinese companies in Hong Kong generally performed well. At present, many large Chinese-funded enterprise groups have grown to have assets of 10 billion Hong Kong dollars to 100 billion Hong Kong dollars. Chinese-funded enterprises have become one of the important factors in maintaining the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong. They are also an important force for promoting the development of the economic relations between the Mainland and Hong Kong and supporting the modernization of the Mainland. The development of Chinese-funded enterprises is inseparable from the path of asset management. Practice has proved that the listing of Hong Kong stock market and the use of various investment tools of the Hong Kong capital market for asset management is a necessary and effective way of success in the increasingly internationalized and competitive Hong Kong market.
