中国已进入老年社会,做好离退休老干部的思想政治工作,事关经济发展、社会稳定的大局。如何做好离退休老同志的思想政治工作,笔者在对离退休干部现状分析的基础上,提出了新形势下做好老同志思想政治工作的新方法新思路。
China has entered the elderly society and done a good job in ideological and political work of retired veteran cadres, which is related to the overall situation of economic development and social stability. How to do well the ideological and political work of retired veteran comrades, based on the analysis of the status quo of retired cadres, the author puts forward a new idea of new methods for ideological and political work of veteran comrades in the new situation.
