近一年来,信宜市民政局在市委、市政府的正确领导下,以邓小平理论和江总书记“三个代表”重要思想为指导,贯彻落实省、茂名市民政工作会议精神,加大力度,狠抓落实,较好地完成了全年目标任务,为促进我市经济和社会协调发展作出了贡献。一、按照“内强素质,外树形象”的要求,进一步加强了自我建设一年多来,我市民政系统按照“内强素质,外树形象”的要求,着力建设一支政治过硬、业务精通、纪律严明、作风正派的民政干部队伍;建立和健全高效、协调、规范的民政行政管理体制。一是通过权责公开、分级管理;决策公开、发扬民主;政务公开、强化监督,有效提高了班子的凝聚力。采取自学和集中学习,促进了班子整体水平和实际工作能力不断提高。二是讲学习、讲政治、钻业务,切实加强民政干部队伍的建设。首先是提高政治辨别力和敏锐性。其次是加强职业道德教育,着力培养民政干部的敬业精神,树立开拓进取、建功
