补体蛋白遗传性缺陷的体内研究,使我们对尚无法在体外实验中得到的有关补体系统生理活性方面的情况有所了解。补体系统是固有元疫系统的重要组成部分。补体功能的缺陷与化脓性感染的增加趋势密切相关,这种相关性有两种表现方式,首先是化脓性细菌感染的增加,其次表现在对奈瑟菌属易感性的大幅度增加。除了抵御细菌感染,补体系统还可保护机体免遭免疫复合物疾病的侵扰。
In vivo studies of hereditary defects in complement proteins have led us to gain an understanding of the physiological activity of the complement system that was not yet available in in vitro experiments. Complement system is an important part of the innate phytoplankton system. The defect of complement function is closely related to the increasing tendency of purulent infection. There are two manifestations of this correlation. The first is the increase of purulent bacterial infection, followed by the significant increase of susceptibility to Neisseria. In addition to fighting bacterial infections, the complement system can protect the body from immune complex disease.
