用光镜免疫组化和免疫电镜技术观察了8例正常人心肌中Cu-Zn SOD的亚细胞定位,并用放射免疫法测定了心肌中Cu-Zn SOD的含量。结果显示多数心肌细胞含有Cu-Zn SOD,心室肌Cu-Zn SOD含量略高于心房肌。Cu-Zn SOD金标记颗粒分布于胞浆及核中,线粒体中略少,溶酶体中仅有极少量分布,肌浆网和高尔基器等膜结构上几乎未见Cu-Zn SOD金标记颗粒。本研究的结果表明,心肌是Cu-Zn SOD含量较丰富的组织。
The subcellular localization of Cu-Zn SOD in myocardium of 8 normal subjects was observed by light microscopy and immuno-electron microscopy. The content of Cu-Zn SOD in myocardium was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the majority of myocardial cells contain Cu-Zn SOD, Cu-Zn SOD content of ventricular muscle slightly higher than the atrium muscle. Cu-Zn SOD gold-labeled particles distributed in the cytoplasm and nucleus, slightly less in mitochondria, lysosomes only a very small amount of distribution, sarcoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus and other membrane structure almost no Cu-Zn SOD gold-labeled particles. The results of this study show that myocardium is a Cu-Zn SOD-rich tissue.
