在实验室条件下,就常用农用化学品(杀虫剂、除草剂及氮肥)对三带喙库蚊幼虫(CulextritaeniorhychusGiles)的杀伤作用及几种除草剂对稻田害虫天敌的优势种拟水狼蛛(Piratasubpiraticus)的直接杀伤作用进行了测定,结果表明,多数农用化学品对蚊幼虫有严重的直接杀伤作用,包括广谱性杀虫剂、除草剂中的丁草胺、除草醚及尿素。而且,广谱性杀虫剂,如氧化乐果、甲胺磷和久效磷其10d残效杀伤力仍达极显著水平。而除草剂的残效杀伤力较小。此外,尽管供试的5种除草剂中有4种对拟水狼蛛无明显直接杀伤作用,但丁草胺的24h杀伤力较高,LC50值为228.55mg/L。并就试验结果对稻田IPM的意义进行了讨论。
Under laboratory conditions, the killing effect of agrochemicals (insecticides, herbicides and nitrogenous fertilizers) on Culex tritereniorhychus Giles and the dominant herbivores on natural enemies of paddy fields were studied.
