碘胺-T(N-碘代-对-甲基苯磺酰胺钾)属于氯胺-T 的碘代物。它不仅是一种水介质中新的氧化滴定剂,而且还是一种外用消毒剂。本文改进了碘胺-T 的一般制法,手续简单,纯度可达99.84%。还测定了碘胺-T 的红外光谱和抗菌活性,并就其理化特性和生物活性作了较详尽的讨论。
Iodine-T (N-iodo-p-methylbenzenesulfonamide potassium) belongs to the iodine group of chloramine-T. It is not only a new oxidative titrant in aqueous media, but also an external disinfectant. This article improves the general system of iodine amine-T method, the procedure is simple, up to 99.84% purity. The IR spectra and antibacterial activities of Iodine-T were also determined. The physical and chemical properties and biological activities of Iodine-T were also discussed in detail.
