In November 1977, we started our research on seedlings induced by hypocotyl segments of soybean cotyledons and successfully produced green bodies. Materials and Methods Hybrid soybean was the main research material. Strict selection of disease-free spots (purple, brown spots) seeds, tap water for 24 hours to germinate.
