2004年7月28日,陕西省建设信息中心正式成立,为全省建设行业信息化建设的八年之旅隆重起锚。八年来,中心明确以“构建网上政府,推行网上办公,推进电子政务、发展电子商务”为目标,坚持“开拓创新、稳妥务实、滚动发展、全面推进”的原则,不断探索尝试研究开发业务应用系统建设和推广应用,搭建起了一个信息化综合大平台。这八年飞速发展的背后,是无数信息工作人员的辛勤付出。他们追随着信息化的脚步,见证了陕西建设行业信息化建设的发展壮大,让我们一起来聆听他们讲述与信息化的八年风雨路。
July 28, 2004, Shaanxi Province Construction Information Center was formally established for the province’s construction industry informatization construction eight year grand tour anchor.
