利用物理选煤法生产超纯净煤时,给煤必须细磨至细粒嵌布矿物质解离。用于细磨的最有效设备之一是搅拌球磨机。利用实验室型搅拌磨机,在较高介质充填率(80%)、小研磨介质(直径小于1mm)条件下,研究了一些参数如介质尺寸、搅拌速度和煤浆密度对三种煤细磨的影响。在适当的操作条件下,当煤样平均滞留时间为6min时,获得了粒度为2μm的细磨产品。研磨介质和筒体的磨损主要取决于煤中浸染的硬矿物如石英、黄铁矿和氧化铁的数量。
When using the physical coal preparation method to produce ultra-pure coal, the coal must be finely ground to finely-divided embedded minerals to dissociate. One of the most effective equipment for fine grinding is a stirred ball mill. Using laboratory agitating mill, some parameters such as medium size, stirring speed and coal slurry density were studied on three kinds of coal fine grinding mill under the conditions of higher medium filling rate (80%) and small grinding medium (diameter less than 1mm) Impact. Under proper operating conditions, when the average residence time of coal sample was 6min, the fine grinding product with particle size of 2μm was obtained. Abrasion of grinding media and cartridges is mainly dependent on the amount of hard minerals such as quartz, pyrite and iron oxide that are impregnated in the coal.
