介绍了ISF布料器的结构及工作原理。详细分析了ISF布料器在运行过程中筛杆粘料的原因。研究表明:高矫顽力、细粒级的钛磁铁矿是粘结物料的主要矿相,它们与粗糙表面的筛杆之间的磁相互作用使粘结程度日益加重。在此基础上设计并制造了新型布料器筛杆,装机应用表明,粘料程度明显降低,有力地促进了烧结矿产质量的提高。
The structure and working principle of ISF distributor are introduced. The reasons for the sticking of the screen rod in the operation of ISF distributor are analyzed in detail. The results show that the high coercivity and fine-grained titanium magnetite are the main mineral phases of the bonded materials, and the magnetic interaction between them and the rod of the rough surface makes the bonding more and more serious. On this basis, a new type of distributor screen rod was designed and manufactured. The application of installed machine showed that the degree of sticking was obviously reduced, which effectively promoted the improvement of sinter quality.
