在体育教学中,教师面对体育素质不同的学生,往往设置相同的教学目标,采用相同的教学方法,这样,学生无法得到应有的发展。激励手段在体育教学中,有着重要的作用:有助于提高学生体育学习的积极性;有助于培养学生良好的心理;有助于促进学生创新精神的培养;有助于促进学生全面发展。因此,教师要合理利用激励手段,以促进全体学生的发展。
In PE teaching, the teachers often set the same teaching goal and adopt the same teaching methods in the face of students with different physical qualities, so that the students can not get the proper development. Incentive means plays an important role in PE teaching. It helps to improve students ’enthusiasm for sports study, helps students to develop good psychology, helps students to cultivate their innovative spirit, and helps to promote students’ all-round development. Therefore, teachers should make rational use of incentives to promote the development of all students.
