以楸树(Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.)1年生枝条水培萌发芽为外植体,用10%的次氯酸钠液消毒6~7min,通过组织培养试验,结果表明,楸树初代诱导与继代增殖以培养基DKW+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L+蔗糖25g/L+琼脂4.5g/L(pH值=5.8)较为适宜,生根适宜培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L+蔗糖10g/L+琼脂5.0g/L(pH值5.8),移栽适宜基质为泥炭土∶珍珠岩(V/V)4∶1。初代增殖系数为4.78,继代增殖系数为7.97,生根率可达96.69%,移栽成活率为99%。
The explants were treated with 1-year-old branches of Catalpa bungei CAMey. The explants were treated with 10% sodium hypochlorite solution for 6-7 min. The results of tissue culture showed that the first generation of Catalpa bungei CAMey.
