球面滚珠联轴器是沙滩清洁车垃圾拾取装置液压马达与拨沙滚轮关键联接装置。为研究拨沙滚轮球面滚珠联轴器的疲劳寿命,首先,运用点接触的L-P理论对其进行了寿命计算;然后,运用有限元法建立了联轴器的数值分析模型,通过增广拉格朗日算法对其进行多体接触有限元分析,利用ADAMS中的Impact函数进行运动学分析得到滚珠的接触载荷谱;通过Fatigue Tool软件根据Miner法则进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,疲劳寿命的有限元计算结果与理论计算结果比较吻合,球面滚珠联轴器满足设计要求,证明了理论计算的合理性。为联轴器的疲劳寿命研究和后期的优化分析提供了参考依据。
Spherical ball coupling is a beach cleaning vehicle garbage pick-up device hydraulic motor and dial sand wheel key coupling. In order to study the fatigue life of the roller ball spherical roller coupling, the LP theory of point contact is first used to calculate the life span of the coupling. Then, the numerical analysis model of the coupling is established by finite element method. Long-day algorithm for multi-body contact finite element analysis, the use of ADAMS Impact function kinematic analysis of the ball contact load spectrum obtained by Fatigue Tool software Miner fatigue life analysis. The results show that the fatigue life calculation results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones. The spherical ball coupling meets the design requirements, which proves the rationality of the theoretical calculation. It provides a reference for the research of the fatigue life of the coupling and the optimization analysis of the latter.
