构建了某型车用6对极36槽爪极发电机的三维有限元模型,仿真计算了空载和负载工况下爪极电机漏磁特性。考虑定转子铁芯材料的非线性特征,分析了饱和现象对爪极发电机输出性能和漏磁特性的影响。根据有限元计算的磁场结果,分析了齿间漏磁和极间漏磁对气隙磁场的影响,并通过齿间和极间位置磁场特征的对比,分析了定转子间的磁通路径,指出极间磁通有一部分是有效磁通。通过电机空载反电动势试验验证了有限元电磁仿真结果的准确性,间接验证了该研究内容的可靠性。
A three-dimensional finite element model of a 6-pole 36-pole claw-pole generator for a certain type of vehicle is constructed. The magnetic leakage characteristics of the claw-pole motor under no-load and load conditions are simulated. Considering the nonlinear characteristic of stator core material, the influence of saturation on the output performance and magnetic leakage characteristics of claw-pole generator is analyzed. According to the results of the magnetic field calculated by the finite element method, the influence of inter-pole magnetic flux leakage and inter-pole magnetic leakage on the air gap magnetic field is analyzed. By comparing the magnetic field characteristics between the interdental and interpole positions, the flux paths between the fixed rotors are analyzed. Part of the flux between the magnetic flux is effective. The accuracy of the finite element electromagnetic simulation results was verified by the no-load back-EMF test, which indirectly verified the reliability of the study.
