去年来,我省实行了并乡扩镇的机构改革,为加强乡镇领导班子建设提供了契机。由于时间紧迫,多数新班子工作秩序、机制亟待建立和完善,利益的调整,改革的震痛效应,也产生了一些现实的和潜在的问题,已经和即将妨碍班子建设及其整体效能的发挥。必须有针对性地抓好以下几个方面的工作:一、强化教育,提高乡镇领导干部政治思想觉悟。要采取多种形式加强对干部的世界观、人生观、价值观的教育,加强改革的教育,使他们正确对待改革和职权,以整体利益为重,以为人民服务作为根本追求。二、健全工作制度,规范行为。一是建立健全民主集中制,实现集体领导。沟通思想,化解矛盾。不
Last year, our province implemented the town-and-town expansion of the institutional reform, which provided an opportunity for strengthening the leadership of the township. Owing to the time constraints, the working order and mechanism of most new teams need to be established and improved urgently.
