目的大剂量克霉素唑阴道片治疗霉菌阴道炎中的效果。方法将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,对30例(对照组)应用制霉素栓治疗。结果两组在无效率、有效率、显效率方面差异无统计学意义。在治愈率、复发率方面,治疗组优于对照组。结论大剂量克霉唑阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎临床疗效可靠治愈率高,不易复发,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of high-dose gemcitabine vaginoplasty in the treatment of mold vaginitis. Methods Sixty patients were divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases (control group) were treated with nystatin. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in inefficiency, effective rate and significant efficiency. In the cure rate, the recurrence rate, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion High-dose clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis has a reliable clinical curative effect of high cure rate, not easy to relapse, worthy of clinical promotion.
