以前我们怎样做老师的?想记起12年前新教师的我,却怎么也想不起第一次备课,第一次上课,第一次跟学生交流,第一次跟家长沟通的细节了。唯一不忘,也永远记得的是:一群孩子们追着我,要背书给我听——“老师,我们来背书啦!”12年前,我可能是让学生喜欢背英语的老师。那时,我刚大学毕业,对工作充满了热情,而且幸运地遇上了两个富有爱心和有着丰富教育经验的班主任,很快,我就适应了我的教师岗位。
