本文就现行生产的浓缩狂犬病疫苗对暴露人群接种后,用ELISA法对血清学效果进行动态观察。结果表明接种疫苗前抗体均为阴性,注射第1针后的第4天、第7天和第14天时阳转率分别为40.00%、43.00%和100%;在第14天时GMT为228.15,45天时达到高峰为338.33,90天时稍有下降,显示了浓缩狂犬病疫苗的抗体产生早、水平高,维持时间长,对短潜伏期患者起到有效的保护作用。本文还对不同注射部位与不同年龄组进行了免疫效果的比较
In this paper, the current production of concentrated rabies vaccine on the exposed population vaccination, ELISA serological observation of the dynamic effect. The results showed that all the antibodies were negative before vaccination.
