本文报导侧脑室注射毛冬青甲素对SD大鼠(n=37)动脉血压和心率的影响。结果显示:不同剂量(0.001~20g/L,20μl)毛冬青甲素引起动脉降压效应呈“S”型曲线量效关系。收缩压和舒张压均明显下降,尤其以舒张压下降最显著,而心率的变化不大。结果表明:毛冬青甲素能够影响心血管活动的神经调节机制,主要使外周血管舒张,即降低外周阻力而发挥降压作用。
This article reports the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of scopolamine on arterial blood pressure and heart rate in SD rats (n=37). The results showed that the arterial pressure-reducing effect caused by different doses (0.001 to 20 g/L, 20 μl) of aspirin was an “S” curve. Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, especially the most significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure, while the heart rate did not change significantly. The results showed that: Maodongqingsu can affect the neuromodulation mechanism of cardiovascular activities, mainly to peripheral vasodilatation, that is, reduce the peripheral resistance and exert antihypertensive effect.
