将全蝎醇提取物置于15%猪胆汁常水溶液中在37℃进行体外培养,并以化学药物丙硫咪唑作对照,首次证实了全蝎体外具有显著的杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用,其不同的加工品和药用部位的灭囊活性无显著差异。
The whole sterol extract was in vitro cultured in 15% swine bile aqueous solution at 37° C., and the chemical drug albendazole was used as a control. It was confirmed for the first time that the whole fleas had a significant effect of killing cysticercus in vitro. There was no significant difference in the cystic activity between the processed product and the medicinal site.
