[目的 /意义]国际社会中信息流转的失衡或杂乱无序问题始终存在,这必然影响国际格局的稳定。文章旨在构建国际社会信息生态系统,并探究该系统的稳态途径,提出塑造开放稳定的国际社会大环境的路径。[方法/过程]采用文献分析法、图表法等,并结合国际关系学相关理论对国际社会信息生态系统的稳态实现途径进行探究。[结果 /结论]构建出以信息生态位、信息生态链和信息生态圈递进形成的国际社会信息生态系统,并将康德文化贯穿于国际社会信息生态系统中来实现其稳态。现有对信息生态系统的研究多集中于企业、网站等微观信息系统,而针对宏观信息生态系统的研究较为稀少。
[Purpose / Significance] The imbalanced or chaotic problems of information flow in the international community have always existed, which will inevitably affect the stability of the international situation. The article aims to build an information society in the international community and to explore the steady-state approach of the system and put forward the path of shaping an open and stable international environment. [Methods / Processes] Using the methods of literature analysis, charts and so on, this paper explores the ways to achieve the steady state of the information society in the international community by combining the theories of international relations. [Result / Conclusion] The information society in the world is formed by advancing the information ecological niche, the information ecological chain and the information ecological circle, and the Kant culture runs through the information society of the international community to achieve its steady state. The existing researches on information ecosystem mostly focus on microscopic information systems such as enterprises and websites, while research on macroscopic information ecosystem is scarce.
