目的:了解山西省参合农民对各级定点医疗机构的满意度情况。方法:分层抽取省、市、县定点医疗机构的新农合参合农民503名,由山西医科大学社会医学与卫生事业管理专业的6名研究生组成调查团队,与参合农民进行一对一访谈,并采用方差分析及多元线性回归分析对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果:山西省农民对各级定点医疗机构满意度由高到低依次为县级以上医疗机构、县级医院、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室(满意度得分均分/总分值分别为0.719、0.662、0.623、0.615)。影响参合农民对定点医疗机构满意度的因素主要是以下四方面:村医的服务态度、乡镇卫生院治疗花费、县医院就诊便捷性以及县级以上医院治疗花费。结论:继续保持村医良好的服务态度、提高乡镇卫生院和县级医疗机构医疗服务能力、控制县级以上医疗机构医疗费用是提高参合农民满意度的重点工作环节。
Objective: To understand the satisfaction of farmers participating in designated medical institutions at all levels in Shanxi Province. Methods: 503 new farmers and peasants from designated medical institutions in provinces, cities and counties were stratified and drawn. A team of 6 graduate students from social medicine and health management major of Shanxi Medical University formed a survey team to conduct one-on-one interviews with participating peasants. An analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were performed on the collected data. Results: Satisfaction of farmers at all levels from highest to lowest in order was higher than those of medical institutions at county level and above, county-level hospitals, township hospitals and village clinics (Satisfaction Score / Total Score was 0.719, 0.662, 0.623, 0.615). The factors influencing participating farmers’ satisfaction with designated medical institutions are mainly the following four aspects: the service attitude of village doctors, the treatment costs of township hospitals, the convenience of county hospital visits and the treatment costs of hospitals above the county level. Conclusions: Maintaining good service attitude of village doctors, improving the medical service ability of township hospitals and county-level medical institutions, and controlling the medical expenses of medical institutions above the county level are the key work links to increase the satisfaction of farmers.
