目的研究通过“品管圈”(quality control circle,QCC)提高收费窗口安全水平的方法。方法分析开展“品管圈”活动后,影响收费窗口安全水平的主客观因素及收费窗口总体安全水平的改变。结果开展“品管圈”活动后,解决了安全问题,形成了《收费室工作安全标准操作流程》和《新进收费人员安全知识培训标准操作流程》,减少大额资金外露、落实安全责任、加强安全意识等,使收费窗口安全水平的5个分项目标得以实现。结论开展品管圈活动,确实提升了收费员自身素质,降低了门诊收费安全隐患,提高了收费窗口安全。
Objective To study ways to increase the security level of a toll window through the “quality control circle” (QCC). Methods Analysis of the subjective and objective factors that affect the security level of the charging window and the change of the overall security level of the charging window after launching the “Quality Control Circle” activities. Results After the activity of Quality Control Circle was solved, the safety problem was solved and a standard operating procedure of safety standards for working in toll rooms and standard operating procedures for training new personnel for safety knowledge of toll collectors were formed, reducing the exposure of large amounts of funds and implementing safety Responsibility, enhance safety awareness, so that the security level of the toll window 5 sub-goals to be achieved. Conclusion Carrying out quality control activities has indeed enhanced the quality of the toll collectors, reduced the safety risk of outpatient toll collection and raised the safety of toll collection windows.
