本文对流动相中尿素及其增溶的高浓度β环糊精的行为对用反相高效液相色谱进行甲基苯巴比妥对映体分离时的保留行为及分离度的影响进行了系统地探讨。对尿素在使流动相中β环糊精增溶的同时使分析物的保留时间降低,并致使对映体分离度降低的现象进行了分析讨论并用数学模型加以解释。
