今年以来,各地认真开展危险化学品运输安全专项整治工作,危险化学品运输市场秩序得到好转。但是,一些地方非法从事危险化学品运输的问题仍然较为严重,部分小化工企业与运输户相互庇护,形成了危险化学品非法装运“一条龙”。水运集装箱、车辆装运危险化学品瞒报谎报现象严重,存在重大事故隐患。为进一步加强危险化学品安全管理,严格执行《危险化学品安全管理条例》,保障运输安全, 现就有关事项通知如下:

However, the problem of illegally engaging in the transport of hazardous chemicals in some areas is still grave. Some small chemical enterprises and transporters have sheltered each other and formed a “one-stop” illegal shipment of dangerous chemicals. Water containers, vehicles shipped dangerous chemicals to lie false report is serious, there are major hidden dangers of accidents. In order to further strengthen the safety management of dangerous chemicals, strictly implement the “Regulations on Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals” and ensure the safety of transportation, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
