应用肿瘤剜出术治疗孤立肾肾癌、双侧肾癌4例,达到保全肾组织和肾功能的目的。认为手术安全可靠,切实可行,对对侧肾功能不好的孤立功能肾肾癌和一般浅表多发肾癌或边缘型小肾癌亦可采用。
Application of tumor surgery out of kidney cancer treatment, bilateral renal cell carcinoma in 4 cases, to preserve the purpose of renal tissue and renal function. That surgery is safe and reliable, practical, contralateral renal dysfunction of isolated renal and renal function and general management of superficial renal cell carcinoma or marginal small renal cell carcinoma can also be used.
