作为一个领导干部,对“革命为什么,当官做什么、身后留什么”如果理解不深,就不能更加自觉地实践“三个代表”的重要思想。要实现领导干部的人生价值追求,就是要认真比照“三个代表”的思想,坚定共产党人的理想信念,持久地做到在政治上清醒,经济上清白,生活上清纯。 首先,要做到政治上清醒。政冶上的清醒,就是要求领导干部要始终坚持共产主义远大理想,坚持党的宗旨,坚持党对军队的绝对领导,把江主席关于讲政治的要求贯彻落实到部队建设和自己的人生追求之中,认真履行好党和认民赋予的光荣使命。
