人武干部作为军队干部的一个重要组成部分,在军队建设和国防建设,特别是国防后备力量建设中,起着至关重要的作用。在当前我军质量建设中,如何加强这支队伍的建设,以适应未来高技术条件下的战争需要,是摆在我们面前的一项重要而紧迫的课题。我认为,当前人武干部队伍中存在的主要问题及原因:一是人武部工作任务的兼容性,使部分干部降低了工作标准。
As an important component part of the army cadres, the cadres of the people’s armed forces play a crucial role in building the army and in building the national defense, especially in the building of a reserve for national defense. In the present quality building of our military, how to strengthen the building of this contingent so as to meet the needs of the war under the high-tech conditions in the future is an important and urgent issue before us. In my opinion, the major problems existing in the ranks of the current cadres in the armed forces and their reasons are as follows: First, the compatibility of the work tasks of the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces has caused some cadres to lower their working standards.
