目的:观察柴胡温胆汤联合西药治疗胆热犯胃型胃食管反流病的疗效。方法:将96例胆热犯胃型胃食管反流病患者随机分为2组各48例,对照组口服多潘立酮片、奥美拉唑常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上予柴胡温胆汤治疗,2组疗程均为1月。观察和记录患者胃食管反流症状的变化情况、发作的次数、持续时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:2组治疗前胃食管反流发作次数、持续时间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组发作次数和持续时间均较治疗前减少(P<0.01),观察组的发作次数和持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。疗效总有效率观察组93.75%,对照组75.00%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对照组3例(6.38%)出现胃肠胀气,观察组1例(2.08%)出现皮疹;2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡温胆汤联合西药治疗胆热犯胃型胃食管反流病的疗效优于单纯服用西药,可明显减少烧心、反酸等症状的发作次数和持续时间,且用药较为安全。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Bupleurum Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gallbladder hot stomach type gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods: Ninety-six patients with gallbladder fever and stomach-type gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups (n = 48). The control group was treated with domperidone and omeprazole. The observation group was given conventional treatment of Bupleurum Wen Dan Tang treatment, two groups of treatment are January. Observe and record the change of gastroesophageal reflux symptom, number of seizures, duration and incidence of adverse reactions. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of gastroesophageal reflux episodes and the duration of treatment before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of seizure decreased in both groups (P <0.01). The number and duration of seizures in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of observation group 93.75%, 75.00% in the control group, the total effective rate of 2 groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). In the control group, flatulence was found in 3 patients (6.38%), and rash in 1 patient (2.08%) in the observation group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bupleurum Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine in the treatment of gallbladder-damaging stomach-type gastroesophageal reflux disease, which can obviously reduce the number and duration of seizure, heartburn and acid reflux symptoms, and the medication is safer.
