11月1日国家发展改革委通过官网公布了《互联网市场准入负面清单(第一批,试行版)》,并向社会公开征求意见。 11月2日中国人民银行办公厅印发《关于做好票据交易平台接入准备工作的通知》,央行筹建票据交易平台并拟于2016年12月8日组织交易系统试运行。 11月3日中国人民银行上海总部再次重申,各商业银行要严格落实上海市房地产调控政策,切实防止信贷等各类资金,尤其是理财资金违规进入土地市场。
November 1 National Development and Reform Commission announced through the official website of the “negative list of Internet market access (the first batch of trial version)” and to the public for comments. On November 2, the General Office of the People’s Bank of China printed and distributed the Notice on Preparing for Access to Ticket Trading Platform. The central bank set up a ticket trading platform and planned to organize the trading system trial operation on December 8, 2016. November 3 The People’s Bank of China Shanghai headquarters reiterated once again that all commercial banks must strictly implement the real estate regulation and control policies in Shanghai and earnestly prevent all kinds of funds such as credit loans and other financial funds from entering the land market in violation of regulations.
