目的对某新型1,4-丁二醇生产线职业病危害因素超标原因进行分析,确定职业病危害关键控制点,提出职业病危害防护对策、建议及控制措施。方法依据国家职业卫生标准,在职业卫生现场调查、分析生产工艺基础上,识别所存在的职业病危害因素并进行检测。结果 1,4-丁二醇生产线存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、乙炔、一氧化碳和噪声,检测结果表明,乙炔发生单元粉尘浓度超标率为83.3%,变压吸附单元一氧化碳浓度超标率为50.0%,电石渣装载处乙炔浓度最高达到501 mg/m~3,个体噪声超标率为18.2%,其他职业病危害因素检测结果均未超过职业接触限值。结论该项目粉尘的关键控制点是破碎机、传送带、电石渣装载处,一氧化碳的关键控制点是解析气压缩机,噪声的关键控制点是破碎机、传送带、斗提机、甲醛风机、解析气压缩机、制冷机房氨压缩机和废水处理单元风机房。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of over-standard occupational hazards in a new 1,4-butanediol production line, determine the key control points of occupational hazards and propose countermeasures, suggestions and control measures on occupational hazards. Methods Based on the national occupational health standards, on the basis of occupational health field survey and analysis of production technology, the existing occupational hazards were identified and tested. Results The main occupational hazards of 1,4-butanediol production line were dust, acetylene, carbon monoxide and noise. The test results showed that the over-standard rate of acetylene unit dust concentration was 83.3% and the over-standard carbon monoxide concentration of PSA unit was 50.0% , The acetylene concentration reached 501 mg / m ~ 3 at the loading place of carbide slag, and the individual excessive noise rate was 18.2%. The results of other occupational hazards did not exceed the occupational exposure limits. Conclusions The key control points of the project dust are crusher, conveyor belt and carbide slag loading place, the key control point of carbon monoxide is analytic gas compressor, and the key control points of noise are crusher, conveyer belt, bucket elevator, formaldehyde fan, analytic gas Compressors, Ammonia Compressors, and Fan Units for Wastewater Treatment Units.
