滑阀是催化裂化装置中故障较为频繁的设备之一。滑阀填料处的泄漏,滑阀内部件的裂纹和冲蚀,都是滑阀的主要故障形式。经观察分析,不恰当的蒸汽吹扫是造成上述故障的主要原因。滑阀吹扫部位有三处(见图1):(1)滑阀填料函处的蒸汽吹扫 (KGl/2英寸),主要防止催化剂等固体颗粒粘附在阀杆的滑动面上,阻止催化剂颗粒进入密封填料,同时对填料起一定的冷却作用:(2)方法兰上左右两侧的蒸汽吹扫(KG3/4英寸),防止催化剂颗粒在阀板和滑道上堆积;(3)阀体上部对阀板的蒸汽吹扫(KG3/4英寸),主要防止滑阀关闭时阀板上催化剂的沉积.
Sliding valves are one of the more frequent equipment failures in catalytic cracking units. Leakage at the packing of the slide valve, cracks and erosion of the parts inside the slide valve are the main failure forms of the slide valve. The observation and analysis, improper steam purge is the main reason for the above failure. The valve has three purge points (see Figure 1): (1) steam purge (KGl / 2in) at the packing valve of the slide valve to prevent the solid particles such as catalyst from sticking to the sliding surface of the valve rod, preventing the catalyst The particles enter the packing and at the same time provide some cooling to the packing: (2) Steam purging (KG3 / 4 in.) On the left and right sides of the process flange to prevent catalyst particles from building up on the valve plate and skid; (3) The top of the valve plate is purged of steam (KG3 / 4 in.), Primarily to prevent catalyst deposits on the valve plate when the slide valve is closed.
