水环境是经济社会发展最为宝贵的财富之一,良好的水环境是提升城市功能和竞争力的前提,是实现城市可持续发展的基础,是实现城市健康发展的必要条件。而城市污水工程则是构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会,提升杭州城市的环境优势和综合竞争力,促进人与自然和谐发展的重要基础保障之一。杭州市作为国家重点太湖流域和浙江省重点钱塘江流域的组成部分之一,对水环境改善肩负着重要责任。
Water environment is one of the most valuable assets for economic and social development. A good water environment is a prerequisite for enhancing urban functions and competitiveness, a foundation for achieving sustainable urban development, and a necessary condition for the healthy development of cities. The urban sewage project is to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, to enhance the city of Hangzhou environmental advantages and comprehensive competitiveness, promote the harmonious development of man and nature, one of the important foundation for security. As one of the components of the national key Taihu Lake basin and the key Qiantang River basin in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou has an important responsibility for improving the water environment.
