Wang Shaorong, the director of the Department of Water Conservancy of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, born in November 1947 in a peasant family, made a new world of water conservancy construction by virtue of his love for the people, his infatuation with water resources, and his dedication to his career. He ran every day to lead the Yellow River main trunk, and ran to the Yellow River Department of the province and city. He daily observed the conditions of the Yellow River.
