据1999年6月13日《中国冶金报》苏天森报道,在最近召开的“顶底复合吹炼炼钢和冶金工厂气体综合利用”研讨会上,冶金工业局要求各企业结合自身条件认真研究推广顶底复合吹炼炼钢和工业气体综合利用技术产业化的措施,纳入近期与“十五”规划纲要。希望企业认真贯彻产学研原则,与西南化工研究院等国内有优势的研究院所加强合作,共同创造具有特色的国产技术新成果,加速产业化过程。
According to Su Tiansen from China Metallurgical News on June 13, 1999, the Metallurgical Industry Bureau asked each company to seriously study and promote in accordance with its own conditions at the recently held seminar on “comprehensive utilization of gas in the top and bottom composite blowing steelmaking and metallurgical plants.” The measures for the industrialization of the top-bottom compound blowing steelmaking and industrial gas comprehensive utilization technology were incorporated into the recent “10th Five-Year Plan” outline. It is hoped that the company will earnestly implement the principle of production, study and research, and strengthen cooperation with research institutes with advantages such as the Southwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry to jointly create new domestic technology achievements with distinctive characteristics and speed up the process of industrialization.
