This article begins with the experience of returning overseas Chinese after the outbreak of the Pacific War to demonstrate their political honor and survival in the war-torn land, the relationship between world wars and international immigrants, the value of overseas immigration experience, the overseas Chinese’s cooperation with China during the Pacific War The relationship between them and the characteristics of overseas Chinese affairs policies in that period. The war changed the living conditions of immigrants and forced them to return to their homeland. Although the government provides relief and protection to overseas Chinese, refugees need to rely on their own strength and experience to survive and their experience in overseas production and management plays an important role. In the process, they learned more about the situation in China at that time, the consequent changes in China’s outlook, and the disappointment and survival of the motherland’s political corruption, so that they no longer had illusions about the Kuomintang government and went abroad again after World War II . Due to the outbreak of the Pacific War and the geographical isolation from the South China Sea, the policy on overseas Chinese affairs focused on domestic overseas Chinese affairs at this period. The emphasis was on relief and on the protection of returned overseas Chinese. This is largely different from overseas Chinese in overseas affairs.
