AlN是CrMoAl钢中经常出现的夹杂物相,能引起钢材“冰糖”状断口和锻造裂纹,造成零件表面加工质量低劣和过早疲劳破坏,已受到重视。鉴定AlN相,多用化学电解分离和X射线衍射分析。我们在金相观察的基础上,采用电子探针进行成分分析,以及电子衍射结构分析等,已经确定AlN相的晶体结构、化学和力学性能,并用彩色照相如实地记录了AlN相的光学特征和形貌。
AlN is an often inclusions phase in CrMoAl steel, which can cause “rock sugar” fractures and forging cracks in steel, resulting in poor machined surface quality and premature fatigue failure.
