为降低老旧电梯运行风险,提出基于整机运行性能参数修正的指数函数综合风险评价方法。从电梯关键部件出发,归纳电梯可能出现的危险状态,并将危险状态与电梯各关键部件对应,形成以部件危险状态为特征的风险评价指标体系。研究整机运行性能参数与部件状态的关系,并修正与之相关的子系统综合风险指标。综合考虑部件指标完备情况,以部件危险度为指数、部件指标完备性基数为底数,构建老旧电梯风险评价指数函数数学模型。研究结果表明,I,II类风险对整机风险影响水平显著,加强这2类风险的监测与管理能大大降低电梯运行风险。
In order to reduce the operational risk of old elevators, an integrated exponential risk evaluation method based on the correction of operating parameters of the complete machine is proposed. Starting from the key components of the elevator, the possible dangerous state of the elevator may be summarized, and the dangerous state and the key components of the elevator are corresponding to each other to form the risk evaluation index system featuring the dangerous state of the component. Study the relationship between the running performance parameters of the whole machine and the status of the components, and revise the related comprehensive risk indexes of the sub-systems. Considering the completeness of the component indexes, the mathematic model of the exponential function of the old elevator risk evaluation was constructed by taking the part risk as the index and the completeness index of the component indexes as the base. The results show that the risk of Group I and II has a significant impact on the risk of the whole machine. Strengthening the monitoring and management of these two types of risks can greatly reduce the operational risk of the elevator.
