友善用脑最先由新西兰教育家克里斯蒂·沃德提出。她把脑科学、心理学理论应用于教学实践,提出了“友善用脑”的理论和方法,让教师有课堂教学的成就感,学生有了学习成功的喜悦感。友善用脑所追求的是让学生在安全、友好、快乐中学会学习,发挥每个个体的才能,并且利用这个长处促进其他弱项的转化,使得学生好学、乐学,最终成为终身学习者。推行并实施友善用脑,可以使学生在繁重的学习压力下体会学习的快乐、成功的喜悦,感受到个性被发现、被尊重和得以体现
Friendly brain first proposed by Christi Ward, a New Zealand educator. She applied the theories of brain science and psychology to teaching practice and put forward the theory of “friendly use of brain” to make teachers have a sense of accomplishment in classroom teaching and students have the joy of learning success.
