近年来,在一些自然循环大容量锅炉汽包上,采用了一种新的接管型式——翻边管接头。由于这种型式的接管制造工艺简单、合理、便于检查,且有利于运行,故日益为人们所重视。我们也设想采用这种新工艺。考虑到这种接管是准备用到汽包上,开孔削弱的问题比较突出。为安全起见,了解这种接管的结构强度是十分必要的。翻边接管区应力状态比较复杂,用经典力学无法处理。电测应力分析更是不现实。
