目的:初步建立蛤蚧高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为蛤蚧药材质量标准制定提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法分析蛤蚧提取液中相关物质的相对保留时间和相对峰面积,以确定适当的色谱条件,获得色谱数据。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,得到了较好的保留时间,建立起蛤蚧的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:蛤蚧HPLC指纹图谱可有效地鉴定蛤蚧,从而更好地控制蛤蚧药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Gekko gecko in order to provide a reference for the establishment of Gekko gecko quality standard. Methods: The relative retention time and relative peak area of related substances in Gekko gecko extract were determined by HPLC. Appropriate chromatographic conditions were obtained to obtain chromatographic data. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, better retention time was obtained and the HPLC fingerprinting of Gekko gecko was established. Conclusion: Gecko HPLC fingerprinting can effectively identify gecko, so as to better control the quality of Gekko gecko.
