根据国外溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)晌发展趋势,并结合国内科研、生产情况,对国内S-SBR推广应用的可能性进行了分析,并对今后的发展提出了建议。国内S-SBR的主要市场是制鞋和轮胎行业。预计到2000年,胶鞋行业对S-SBR的需要量将达2—2.5万t/a,轮胎行业将达6.5万t/a。与乳聚丁苯橡胶相比,S-SBR的生产成本将提高810元/t,但社会经济效益将增加1960元/t。
According to the development trend of S-SBR in foreign countries, combined with the domestic scientific research and production situation, the possibility of popularizing S-SBR in China is analyzed and some suggestions for the future development are put forward. The main markets for domestic S-SBR are the footwear and tire industries. It is expected that by the year 2000, the demand for S-SBR in the rubber shoes industry will reach 2-2.5 million t / a and the tire industry will reach 65,000 t / a. The production cost of S-SBR will increase by 810 yuan / t compared with that of latex SBR, but the social and economic benefits will increase by 1960 yuan / t.
