冠状动脉血流储备为冠状动脉最大舒张时的血流量与静息状态下的血流量的比值,可用于评价冠状动脉狭窄的生理学意义及估计血管重建的充分性,为冠心病介入治疗的选择和预后的判断提供重要信息。多普勒超声技术最早用于测定冠状动脉血流储备,通过测定冠状动脉的静息相和充血相时间平均峰值流速来计算。正电子发射体层摄影为非有创方法定量测定心肌血流和血流储备。近年来TI MI研究组发展了TI MI计帧法评价冠状动脉血流和计算血流储备。今后应着重对冠状动脉血流储备的参考值标准化,以便更好地对冠状动脉疾病进行评价。
